We are still strictly enforcing the following safety guidelines for the well-being of our doctors, staff, and guests:
COVID Safety Requirements:
- To keep our clients and team safe, a mask may be required for entry into the hospital
- 2 family members (over the age of 18) may attend a veterinary visit with their pet(s)
Regular vet visits (sick or wellness)
We welcome 2 family members to accompany their pet(s) inside the clinic. Masks are not required for those fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask. There is no need to call prior to entering the building.
Reminder: If you are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms, please do not enter the facility. Consider rescheduling your pet’s appointment or if your pet is sick or injured and needs to be seen, the appointment may be handled curbside.
Curbside appointments still available: Even though our lobby is open, curbside appointments are still available (remain in your vehicle and on the premises during your pet’s examination.) Simply call the office when you arrive, and a nurse will come to your vehicle to get your pet. The Doctor will continue to communicate with you over the phone to discuss diagnosis and treatment.
When making an appointment, please indicate whether you prefer a Curbside appointment or prefer to attend your pet’s appointment in the facility.
Surgery and Dental admissions: All Surgery and Dental admissions will be done inside our office. If you prefer Curbside Admission, please inform our front desk at time of Surgery/Dental Scheduling.
Food and Medication Pickup: You are welcome to enter the lobby with a face mask to pick up food and medication refills; however, our curbside pick-up is still available. Just simply call the office when you arrive to pick up a curbside order.
